VENUE
We want to relive our Colshaw Hall wedding experience. We feel like it will be quite an overwhelming day so we want to remember important parts of the day and watch them back for years to come.
You were recommended to us by our photographer Sarah Brookes. We were looking for a videographer but everyone was just too expensive. Your price was very reasonable.
Colshaw Hall was the first venue that we visited and no other compared to it. It was beautiful and had everything we wanted.
STORY
We met on Tinder and started speaking around May 2018. Jen mentioned about going to play Ghetto Golf one Saturday... but she actually meant the upcoming Saturday. So we met at Peaky Blinders Bar in the Baltic Market in Liverpool. Jen always talks about how late I was to the date... she thought she was being stood up but it was only because it was torrential rain and I didn't want to get my hair wet! We had a few Corona's in Peaky Blinders before heading over to Ghetto Golf... she beat me. Next, we had a meal on the Albert Dock at Gusto and a few cocktails.
Our perfect day together is taking our dog out for a walk, going out for a nice meal together and then chilling on the sofa.
WISE WORDS
- Stay with your husband or wife as much as possible... the day goes by so fast and it’s important to spend it together.
- Highly recommend a videographer to capture your day... it will all feel like a blur the next morning so it’s important to have memories captured from the day.
- Don’t drink too much!
VISION
Sage and mist blue is our colour theme, and is what our bridesmaids and bridal party will wear. Sage is my colour and mist blue is Jens. We want to create a chilled, happy and fun Colshaw Hall wedding atmosphere, where everyone can enjoy themselves, have a laugh and get merry. Food - we have canapes, beef or chicken for the Wedding Breakfast, and Fish and Chips or Pizza at night.
