Arley Hall is somewhere we have both been to before and we absolutely love it there. The gardens are unbelievable, the hall is old and well maintained and we like that it is a family owned place that gives us lots of inclusive access on the day of our Arley Hall Wedding.
The dress is top secret but I am assured it is amazing! Colour scheme is bright, happy pinks yellows and blues generally. We want our Alrey Hall Wedding to be unique and not just “on trend”. Making it how we want it is very important to us both.
Bridesmaids in modest pink dresses to match with a pink tie for the groomsmen and navy suits. My suit pants will be the same colour as the groomsmen and the same tie but with a lighter grey coloured waistcoat and jacket to clearly show that I am the groom as there are quite a few groomsmen!
The engagement ring is a family heirloom that belonged to Chloe’s great Aunt Winnie who was born in a workhouse but later wed in Canada. Our wedding rings are from Hancock's, Chloe’s is a simple yellow gold band chosen so it won’t overshadow the engagement ring. My ring is a platinum band with beveled edges.
STORY
We met via Instagram of all places. We had mutual friends and Chloe made first contact. From there we dated and wanted to spend every day together. When Covid started we decided to move in together because it seemed impossible to be apart by then... and we have just gone from strength to strength ever since.
We are both Masters students currently due to graduate. Chloe is in the Psychology field and I am in the Structural Engineering field. Chloe is crazy into tap dancing as she was when she was a child, and I absolutely love carp fishing. Unfortunately we don’t have the ability to conceive naturally and we think that having this amazing Arley Hall Wedding will capture our family connection, love, unity and devotion to each other.
HONEYMOON
We haven’t booked a honeymoon yet but really like the idea of going to a scenic part of Italy as it is romantic and peaceful. It will be really nice to have some time together with no one else there as we rarely get to go away together on our own.
PROPOSAL
I proposed on the 7th June 2023 at Analipsi Beach, Crete (exactly two years before our Wedding date!). We had gone out for a lovely meal at a local restaurant with the family. After the meal we walked down the beach in the dark with Harry and I got down on one knee on the edge of the sea and asked Chloe to marry me. She then asked Harry “what should I say?”... to which Harry responded with a massive “YES MUMMY!”. We then celebrated that evening with Harry and Chloe's parents.

EXPERIENCE
We are both sentimental people, and often look back on past videos as it is. To have you capture the day will be priceless really. Giving us the chance to relive it over and over again.
To describe our wedding in three words it would be; belonging, forever and unforgettable!
We are going for minimal decor as the hall simply doesn’t need it. Chloe has arranged for the flowers to be blue pink green yellow etc, pastel summer colours so each table has a nice bright summery feel to them.
We have arranged for canapés and a string quartet to play throughout the earlier section of the day, with a three course meal and drinks for the wedding breakfast. We are having a DJ in the evening with further evening food. We are enquiring about a Photo Booth but need to check it’s ok with Arley first!

2. Have some food saved/sent to your room because you won’t get much of a chance to eat!

Chloe and Ollie, what can I say... you two are absolutely beautiful inside and out and are totally, undeniably made for each other! I have loved every second of getting to know you and it was an honour capturing your big day. This is definitely one I would love to do all over and over again! I hope this film transports you back to your incredible, heartfelt, laughter-filled day!
