a CHESHIRE WOODLAND Wedding |

VISION

VENUE

Our biggest aim is for our guests to have an amazing time - our wedding is the best excuse for one big party!

We're hoping that the archery, rifle shooting and axe throwing at Cheshire Woodland Wedding's will add some great entertainment for everyone in the day before our open bar and band brings the party to life in the evening.

Our colour theme is dusty blue and beige, with yellow sunflowers dotted around for a summery 'pop'. We've also thrown in some personal touches (like Pokemon name place cards!) to hopefully add to the quirky, light-hearted vibe that is us.

Cheshire Woodland Weddings is the best level of 'different' to suit us. We went around lots of generic venues that we just didn't connect with and when we saw the activities and laid-back vibe of Cheshire Woodland Weddings we knew it was the one for us.

STORY

We both went to the University of Winchester. For first year, we were put into halls together. After living with each other as friends for 2 years, Luke did a placement year in Wales and just as he was leaving, we realised that we liked each other more than originally planned! This was in 2013 and we've been stuck with each other ever since!

April's a primary school teacher and Luke's a HR Business partner for an engineering company - despite our daytime responsibilities, really we're just big kids. When we're not out and about having a laugh with our friends and family, our ideal weekend would be having some beers with the football, before curling up on the sofa to watch a Disney film (ideally with a dominoes pizza!).

FILM

Everyone tells us how the day will fly by and to try and make the most of every second. We love the idea of being able to watch back the key moments we shared surrounded by all the people we love, giving us the opportunity to relive the most important memories in years to come.

special thanks...

a note from me...

April and Luke, I can't thank you enough for letting be part of your day. I have really enjoyed getting to know you both and absolutely love the story of how you met at university, realising your love for each other right at the end... better late than never! You are truly made for each other!

RP x

Ps. I now associate you both with QPR and Wolves... and every time I sip a London Pride now that I am a big fan!
